POPPY PARKER’S SWEET SIXTEEN OVERVIEW:

WHAT: An exclusive, in-person one-day event celebrating Poppy Parker's “Sweet Sixteen”, hosted by Integrity Toys!

DATE: December 6th, 2025

PLACE: Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport Hotel in Orlando, Florida

TIME: Registration/check-in is expected to begin around 8:30 AM, with lunch around 11:00 AM and with the event concluding around 6:30 PM. The event includes a short presentation, a casual lunch, exclusive event shopping, a mix & mingle cocktail party and more! More details will be sent to attendees closer to the event date.

COST: $325 per attendee, which includes one Poppy Parker brand souvenir doll, the opportunity to purchase one each of two additional event-exclusive Poppy Parker brand dolls plus other exciting Poppy Parker branded merchandise. The ticket price also includes a casual lunch and light hors d'oeuvres at the mix & mingle party. There are 300 Sweet Sixteen tickets available.

TICKET SALES METHOD: W Club members can try to secure a ticket for Poppy Parker’s Sweet Sixteen via a right-to-buy lottery, which begins now! If you are interested in attending this in-person event in Orlando, Florida on December 6th, you must enter the RTB lottery through the button below by 12 PM / Noon Eastern Time on July 30th, 2025 and winners must complete their event ticket payments in full by September 8th, 2025.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT IN PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER.

OTHER POPPY PARKER SWEET SIXTEEN EVENT DETAILS

Before RTB winners pay to attend Poppy Parker’s Sweet Sixteen, you will have to agree to the following:

-Please honor your commitment. If you are selected as a RTB winner and your full payment is not completed by the set deadline, YOU WILL LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE YOUR TICKET PURCHASE(S), YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND WILL FORFEIT ANY EVENT ACCESS, SOUVENIRS/GIVEAWAYS AND PURCHASE OPPORTUNITIES. Your event ticket will be sold to someone else.

-Only one ticket per person. If you have multiple memberships for different W Club members, please write the full name of the additional W Club member in the comments box on their ticket entry.

-Absolutely no transfers or selling of tickets.

-Winner notification. We will contact RTB winners and post winning ticket ID numbers in the W Club forum, likely within a few days after the lottery entry period ends.

-ID required. ID will be required to gain entrance to Poppy Parker’s Sweet Sixteen party and must match the ticket holder’s name exactly.

-Proxies are not allowed. The event staff will not deal with anyone who is not an event ticket holder and/or is not present in person. The ticket holder's name on the purchased ticket must match the name on the ID that is being shown to gain entry to the event. No one will be allowed in unless their name is on the ticket list.

-On-site security and bag limits. As with recent events, there will be a security presence at the event; more details on personal items allowed will be sent to attendees in advance of the event.

-No guests allowed. You will not be able to register or bring a non-member with you, given the small size of the event. Non-registered guests are not allowed into the event under any circumstances. Should spaces remain after the W Club lottery takes place, Integrity may then allow for additional registrations, but it should not be counted on. Orlando is a great vacation spot with plenty of entertainment opportunities, theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and sights should a travel companion accompany you on your trip.

-No hotel room block/accommodations. As this is a small, one-day event that will end by 6:30 PM on December 6th, 2025, no hotel room blocks have been reserved. If you would like to stay overnight before and/or after the event, Orlando has a bunch of wonderful hotel options at various price points, including at the host hotel.

-No shipping station. There will be no shipping station, so all purchases are pay and carry (shopping bags will be provided).

-Event-exclusive items may be delayed. While the Integrity Toys team will do everything they can to ensure that every event-exclusive item will be available and delivered at the event, there is a slight chance that due to factory, customs clearance, or other delays, some of the items might be delayed in whole or in part. If this occurs, the items may be shipped after the event and there is a chance that you may not be able to receive such items at the event itself.
