RIGHT-TO-BUY LOTTERY INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES

• First, log into your IT Direct shopping cart account using the same email that you used to register for your W Club membership, BEFORE you attempt to click on any of the links provided in the W Club offer email, so that the shopping cart may recognize you as a valid W Club member.
• Click the ticket link included in the email.
• Click on the "SUBMIT ENTRY" button that appears on the shopping cart page.
• Since the lottery tickets are free, there is no payment required.

If you own only one W Club membership:

• If you own only one membership, you are done. Good luck!

If you own multiple W Club memberships:

• If you own multiple memberships, click the "SUBMIT ENTRY" button for each membership that you own (as needed). If you enter multiple times to increase your chances of winning, but would like to win only a specific amount (should you be selected), please read the instruction contained in the next point.

• Please remember that you are allowed one (1) ticket for each item per membership that you own. If you have multiple memberships under the same shopping cart account, each ticket must be generated separately in order for it to count in the drawing (each ticket must have its own Ticket ID number).
• If you have more than one membership and want multiple chances to win a lottery, but only want to buy one item if chosen, use the quantity drop-down menu to select the maximum quantity of items that you would like to get (must not exceed the amount of memberships that you own). DO NOT EMAIL US SEPARATELY.
• If you only submit one ticket, you will only be entered in the drawing one time, even if you select a larger maximum quantity from the drop-down menu. Text will appear to show you how many more tickets you can enter once you click on "Submit Entry" the first time.
• To verify the number of tickets that you have entered for a given RTB lottery, log in to the shopping cart, click on "Account" and then, click on "Members Only RTB Lottery". All entered tickets will be listed there.
• If you are picking up tickets for a group of members that are under your own account, it is your responsibility to know which ticket ID number corresponds to each of the members in your "group". Should any dispute occur in your group over who won and who did not, the liaisons will not get involved. We have provided an "additional comments" box for you to write the name of the person in your group that any particular ticket belongs to. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ANY ADDITIONAL COMMENTS UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
• If you have multiple memberships and win multiple times, you will be expected to pay for multiple items unless you selected a number from the max quantity drop down.

• Lottery tickets are free; do not enter any dollar amounts; do not make payments at this time.
• If you win, you will be sent a special payment link to purchase the item after the drawing has taken place.
• Again, if you don't think that you can pay for the item(s) being offered via lottery, please do not enter the lottery. Per W Club rules, winners that fail to come through with a payment by the payment deadline may be prevented from being considered in future opportunities, lotteries, and offers.

If you win, your shipping choice will be arranged when you pay for the item.

• Please give us several days to conduct the drawings once the lottery entry period ends.
• We will notify winners via email. Check your Spam folder for this payment notice as well, sometimes those email land in there instead of your inbox.
• Lists of winners' initials and ticket ID numbers will be posted in the Club forum.

A "right-to-buy" lottery allows us to select at random who will be allowed to purchase a newly announced exclusive item. Since preserving the collectability of our items is important to us and our fans, the edition sizes of what we do are often limited. The concept of "right-to-buy" lotteries was implemented as a way to distribute these limited items in the fairest way possible, to help ensure that these highly coveted items end up in as many actual collectors' hands and avoid scalping as much as possible.

The first step is to enter the lottery in order to generate a ticket ID number in our online shopping cart. Once the period to enter is over, we then extract all of these entries out of our system and run the ticket ID numbers through a random number selector. We select at random the number of tickets that correspond to the total amount of items that we have to allot and then, we contact the winners via email, inviting them to come complete their purchase. Again, this is done completely at random by the W Club liaisons. Winners have a set amount of time to complete their transaction or their item(s) will be offered to someone else.

"Right-to-buy" lotteries are similar to virtual auctions. If your ticket is selected, you are obligated to pay for the item that you won. Failure to come through with payment within the deadline if you are selected will block you from being able to participate in future offers for the rest of the membership year.

Please do not contact us to ask if you can trade this opportunity with another member. You will be expected to pay for the item if your ticket is selected. You may offer your lottery chance to another W Club member; however, as tickets are limited by account, you will need to place that lottery entry for that member and ultimately, make payment arrangements with them if you do so. This will be completely on your own and the W Club will not be involved in those kinds of transactions. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you cannot pay or do not really want the doll, please DO NOT ENTER THE RIGHT-TO-BUY LOTTERY. Trading your lottery opportunities to other members is not possible or allowed. If you are selected, you are expected to pay for your win.

For those who have entered and won in a "right-to-buy" lottery, per W Club rules, winners that fail to come through with a payment by the payment deadline will be prevented from being considered in future "right-to-buy" lottery opportunities. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY "RIGHT-TO-BUY" LOTTERY IF YOU CANNOT COME THROUGH WITH THE PAYMENT BY THE PAYMENT DEADLINE SHOULD YOUR NAME BE SELECTED.

If you entered but decide that you no longer wish to be included in the drawing, we can delete your entrie(s). However, YOU MUST CONTACT THE W CLUB LIAISONS BEFORE THE DRAW HAS TAKEN PLACE, otherwise, you will be responsible for your wins. You cannot remove your own tickets using your control panel; only the W Club Liaisons have access to this feature.
