Please take the time to read this page carefully before contacting us with questions about our various shipping procedures, since most questions can typically be answered here before you contact us.
About Our Dolls And Collectibles
All the dolls on our site are fully dressed, are made of plastic, and have synthetic rooted hair (unless otherwise indicated). Our current dolls all measure approximately 12-inches to 12.5-inches (1:6 scale range). The accessories that we produce are designed to be used with 1:6 scale dolls as well.
All the dolls in this store are in stock unless otherwise marked. If you do not see a doll in this shopping cart, then we do not have it in stock.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of all Integrity Toys collectibles, all sales are final. If there is an issue with any of your collectibles once you have received them, please CLICK HERE to access the full terms and conditions of our limited warranty.
**A Note About Purchasing Event Tickets (Virtual/Online Presentations And/Or Physical Events)**
From time to time, tickets to special events (online presentations, conventions, etc.) may be made available to either W Club members, the public, or both. Please note that if you opt to purchase a ticket to one of our events, all sales are final. No refunds will be possible should you or your guest(s) miss the event for any reason or are not satisfied with the content presented or any of the collectibles offered at the event. However, should an event exclusive collectible be defective for any reason, as per above, the terms and conditions of our limited warranty will apply.
All W Club related purchases, including memberships, are final sales and no refunds will be offered.
Always Double Check Your Shipping Address
- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in the “Ship To" section of the checkout page, as this is where your item will be sent and it cannot be changed on your invoice once submitted.
- Should an error happen on your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Note that while we will do our best to help, we may or may not be able to catch your order before it is shipped out.
- If an incorrect shipping address is entered at ordering time, Integrity Toys cannot be held responsible should your purchases be lost in transit.
- Shipping addresses may be changed in the address book on the checkout page or in your account profile.
- Any additional address entered into PayPal or in the comments section of the invoice will be ignored.
Only items on the same invoice will be shipped together. Once an order has been placed, we cannot re-open it to add more items, so please plan accordingly.
If you would like your items to be shipped together, click on one link, and put the item in your cart. Then, paste the other link(s) into your browser, put the item in your cart, and complete your transaction. All items need to be on the same invoice/order to combine shipping.
We will not be able to cancel orders or combine shipping once you have placed orders separately in the cart, so please do this carefully or ask us for help, if needed, in advance of placing your order.
Shipping And Handling Pricing
Our site will automatically offer you multiple shipping options at checkout. Please note that all shipping quotes shown are “real-time”, which means that the pricing is pulled directly from the carrier’s database and are exact and are based on total weight.
- Please make sure that you review the different options available and select the appropriate shipping choice for you.
- Do not complete your payment with an incorrect shipping method, as we may or may not be able to make corrections once the payment has been processed.
All residents of the state of Maryland will be subjected to a sales tax at checkout (since this is the state, we are located in). Also, as new domestic and international tax rules are becoming applicable, residents of other US States and various other international locations may be charged taxes at checkout as well.
If not charged at checkout, please note that as discussed below, customers residing outside of the U.S. may have to pay customs, duties, taxes, and other fees in their home countries, and Integrity Toys has no control over that.
Order Processing And Timing
Please note that Integrity Toys is a small, family-run business. As such, your order may not be shipped the very same day that you place it in the shopping cart. Although IT tries to get orders out as soon as possible, at peak times, it may take a few extra days for the warehouse staff to process all the orders received.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be shipped soon after we re-open. Your patience is always appreciated.
If you are looking for the shipping status of an order you placed recently, make sure you are signed in first, then access "My Account". Once shipped, your order will change from "New" to "Shipped" and the tracking number will appear in the order history. Please note that transit times are out of our control once your order has been dispatched.
A Note About Priority Mail Tracking Numbers
If you selected Priority Mail from the post office as your preferred shipping method, please note that the post office recycles tracking numbers. Please wait until at least 12 hours after you have received a tracking number from our warehouse before tracking your package online, as the information (destination address) that you will get may not be correct until the package has been scanned and received by the post office for the first time.
Additional Notice For International Customers

If you have never ordered from us before and are wondering about shipping estimates to your location, please do not contact us. Instead, create an account in the shopping cart (if you do not already have one) and put an item in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Once you are on the checkout page and you have entered your address, our system will give you real-time shipping quotes which you can use to decide which shipping method best suits your needs.
Customs And Duties
Please note that in most cases, customs, duties, and other import charges are not included in the final price at checkout. Depending on your country, those additional charges will vary and will be owed when the package is delivered at your location.
Special Customs Declaration Requests Will Not Be Honored
Please note that for legal and insurance purposes, we will not mark down or make false declarations on customs forms. We kindly ask that you do not contact us to see if we can lower the actual value of your order on customs forms, we will not do it and such requests will be ignored.
Using A Third-Party Package Consolidation And Shipping Solution
If you are not physically located in the United States and opt to use a shipping consolidation service to combine your orders and reduce your overall international shipping fees, note that while Integrity Toys will agree to ship to those services, your order will only be insured while it is in transit between our warehouse and the consolidator’s location.
Should there be an error of any kind at the consolidator, or a shipment be lost once they forward your items to you, Integrity Toys cannot be held responsible and will not be able to provide assistance. No replacements or refunds (in part or in full) will be offered. You will need to deal with the consolidator directly for compensation. Remember that once our dolls are sold out, in most cases, it is impossible for us to replace them.
