If you have purchased (or are trying to purchase) a collectible directly from us and:

  • You entered the wrong address at checkout by accident;


  • You are having issues checking out (i.e., order decline, website frozen, no order confirmation, etc.);


  • Your order is delayed or otherwise lost in transit;


  • You have any other order related issue(s);

For faster service, the Liaisons will do their best to get back to you during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, and will direct your request to the Integrity Toys shipping department or offer you an immediate solution to the issue whenever possible!

My New Collectible Is Broken/Defective Or Is Missing A Part

While we do everything we can to ensure that every product we manifacture is made with great care, as with any factory produced goods, things will unfortunately happen from time to time.

If you are the original owner of anyone of our products and have encountered an issue with a doll that you just received, please use the form below to contact us and our PatientCare service will get back to you during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) within 24 to 48 hours approximately (except during weekends and holidays).
