From now until March 19th, 2025 you can qualify for the 2025 W Club by submitting a registration form and completing your payment. You can start your registration by clicking the "Agree/Join" button at the bottom of the 2025 registration page.

No registrations will be accepted after March 19th, 2025 at 9 PM Eastern Time (New York time). No exceptions.

Memberships are valid until the latter of January 1st, 2026 or when the 2026 W Club membership registration period begins.

Every member in good standing will be guaranteed the right to purchase at least 5 Exclusive dolls. These Exclusives will be offered at various times throughout the Club year (yet to be unveiled). We cannot guarantee which lines they will be from or how many from which line, but we are currently expecting that these will come from Poppy Parker, Fashion Royalty, NU. Face and/or NU. Fantasy during 2025.

Members that added any of the 3 Registration Exclusive dolls during registration are guaranteed those doll(s), as well.

Members will also get special pricing for most* IT Direct releases that are also made available to the public.

*THIS IS FOR MOST, NOT ALL of the items. There may be some items excepted, including but not limited to collaboration projects or sales outside of Integrity’s control, such as through dealers. Limited items will not be guaranteed; made-to-order will be in most cases. Special pricing and other items will be limited to one per membership. Please note that membership in the W Club does not guarantee access to Integrity Toys’ in-person events, non-Club exclusive dolls and accessories.

We are not restricting the number of memberships by collector or household. However, memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

There are many reasons that collectors like to purchase multiple memberships. The biggest reason is that most offerings are limited to one per membership, so if you’d like to have the option to purchase more than one of a particular item, you want more chances for dolls offered with right-to-buy lotteries, etc., you might want to purchase additional memberships. Also, if you expect to ship multiples of dolls to the same location, they all must be purchased under the same account.

Absolutely! Membership is available to residents of all countries worldwide. Please note that all news releases and information will be released in English only. Forum, event and online chat participation is in English as well.

This is an online only Club and all members must have access to a valid email address in order to receive information.

All payments are processed through Integrity Toys’ online shopping cart system. We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). We also currently accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account or a credit card, we suggest that you get a prepaid credit card, as it makes it easier for you to take advantage of our many offers!

2025 W Club members are guaranteed the right to purchase the 5 Exclusive W Club doll(s) from the 2025 membership year only (these dolls are separate from and in addition to the 3 Registration Exclusive dolls that you can purchase at registration). To pre-order an Exclusive, you will place a non-refundable pre-order deposit and the remaining balance will be due once the dolls are ready to ship (Integrity Toys does its best to provide shipping timing estimates, but dolls may come in earlier or later than expected). The number of W Club Exclusive doll(s) produced is based on the number of pre-orders paid.

If you do not pre-order the W Club Exclusive doll(s) by the designated cut-off date (there is usually about a week-long ordering window), you forfeit your right to purchase that Club doll through the W Club. Also, typically Club doll(s) from previous years are NOT available to 2025 members (other than through special waitlist opportunities, which are not guaranteed)- W Club dolls are only guaranteed available during that specific membership year.

Once your membership has been processed, you will be sent a “Welcome to the 2025 W Club” email. This email includes information on how to register and be approved for the members-only forum, contact emails, email information and more. Due to the number of registrations that we expect to be receiving at this time, it can take up to a week or more for the welcome email to be sent out and we appreciate your patience until you are sent the notice.

Note that the W Club forum is a privilege and that any failure to follow W Club rules or any members being disruptive may find their forum privileges curtailed or revoked. No refunds of any kind will be given.

Integrity and the W Club work hard to serve the needs of a variety of collectors and, in an effort to do so, explore different opportunities for collectors each year. For 2025, allowing for a maximum number of collectors worldwide to participate, there won't be an in-person convention. Instead, 2025 W Club members will have access to an online event later in the 2025 membership year that is expected to be similar in scope to past online events like the 2022 and 2023 online events. For clarification, access to any online events does not guarantee access to event-specific products offered.

There is also the possibility that there may be a small in-person event* happening during the W Club year and if there is, W Club members would have priority access. While Integrity Toys has not finalized any event information as of the registration date, we know that should there be an event, this may impact how you register for the W Club, so we are doing our best to be transparent while also giving Integrity Toys flexibility as they make decisions. As we do not know as of registration if that will happen, we do not have information on any registration parameters.

*If there are any Integrity Toys limited attendance events, W Club priority access does not guarantee every W Club member a spot, and some spots may be held for the public or other purposes.

There is a strict all sales final and no refunds policy on anything related to the W Club. This includes your membership fee, as well as any purchases, deposits or installments on any products, events or other goods and services through the W Club.
