If you are a current W Club member and this is your first time pre-ordering from an authorized Integrity Toys dealer, this page will guide you and offer you tips on how to proceed to increase your chances of getting exactly the dolls that you would like to get!

• Every dealer handles this process differently, so we recommend contacting them ahead of time VIA EMAIL to find out their preferred pre-order procedure if you are new to this process;
• Different dealers may have different ordering policies, so again, please check with each of them individually BEFORE the event. This process is out of our control.

After the reveal has begun, send your dealer(s) of choice an email (or their preferred pre-order methodology) immediately with:

• ALL of your doll requests combined in ONE email;
• Include your full name, address, and phone number;
• Include the NAMES of all of the dolls that you want (for example, you may not get a response if you email something along the lines of "I want the blond in the red dress").

• W Club members will receive a complimentary 24-hour priority pre-order window for those products that will be available from Sideshow Collectibles;
• Exact details and links will be included in each of the release emails where pre-order through Sideshow will be available;

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT SIDESHOW VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO INQUIRE. Their Customer Service representatives will not have any information on upcoming releases.

Please DO NOT CONTACT your dealer(s) with your wish list until the reveal has begun; they do not have any information about the new dolls yet and will find out what those products are at the same time that you will;

You are not guaranteed access to these dolls; they are not W Club exclusives and they are distributed per the discretion of Integrity Toys.

As a W Club member, you will get the opportunity to preview the newest dolls before they are shown to the general public. This does not constitute a guarantee that you will be able to purchase every single one of these dolls.

Any items sold via IT Direct will be noted as such in the release emails. So, please do not contact any dealers regarding such items, as dealers will not have them.

This time will be a little hectic for dealers, as all special event releases always are, so please be patient and courteous; dealers may take a few days to respond to you.

Again, please note that while Integrity Toys suggests to its dealers that they give pre-order priority to Club members, dealers are not under the obligation to do so, and pre-ordering policies vary from dealer to dealer. We urge you to do your homework and inquire with your dealers to see how they will be proceeding ahead of time.
