If you are the original owner of anyone of our products and have encountered an issue with a doll that you just received, please use the form below to contact us and our PatientCare service will get back to you during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) within 24 to 48 hours approximately (except during weekends and holidays).
